I hate plastic bags caught in trees. There are two outside my windows and I am watching them as they break down. Takes quite awhile. When we were in Brattleboro, which has banned the use of plastic bags we saw a few ugly ones in trees. I asked a woman I know at her shop how come, since plastic bags shouldn’t be used in the city. She told me they probably blew in from across the river. They do travel a distance. Tim told me he watched a bag from the Travelers tower as it rode the breeze and went in the direction of East Hartford.
