This is to the front and left of the COCC, which was a synagogue before becoming an art/cultural/performing arts space.
I was going to guess outside the former synagogue on Pearl St. It seems like something Steve Campo would put up. But what do I know?
If it were painted red and yellow, that’d be a fair guess 🙂
