Local Ukrainians were joined by representatives from the Lithuanian and Belarusian communities, along with politicians, who gave their support for Ukraine at the Connecticut State Capitol in Hartford today.
Those at the rally — much of which was conducted in Ukrainian — described Putin, Russia’s dictator, as a war criminal. There were calls to punish Russia economically, including by cutting off the import of Russian oil to the United States.
