Residents of Wolcott Street brainstormed and painted the murals. There is also a within-the-last-year new playground on the site constructed from recycled tires.
The park was gated and locked, however, and there is no information posted that indicates how access might be gained beyond scaling the fence.
If you have not strolled down this street in a few years, it’s worth another look.
