Fifteen weeks into this limited series, and I have yet to struggle to find other people out and about. Not during blizzards. Not when there are wind chill warnings. Not in rainstorms. Not on the weekend.
And now, I can say not early in the morning, as the sun is rising and the city is just waking up.
People are out that early to open stores, catch buses, walk dogs, and whatever else it is people need or want to do the moment it becomes light.
