I don’t know this cat’s deal. It spends time in a portion of Pope Park and if you verbally acknowledge its presence, will come over to aggressively rub up against your legs. Sometimes it suns itself on the sidewalk, favoring the closed off section of Russ Street. Anyway, spay and neuter your pets, y’all!
