In the last five years or so, what has changed most about the stretch of Capitol Avenue from Park Terrace to Lawrence Street has been the presence of more than one reliable restaurant. Thanks to Banh Meee and all the others who have kept consistent hours. And thanks to Red Rock Tavern, that has been steady for so much longer.
