On a positive note, Willow Creek (formerly, Bowles Park) seems to be adhering somewhat to the Complete Streets ordinance. Some, not all, of the streets in this redevelopment have striped bike lanes. Sidewalks, curb ramps, and crosswalks have been placed in sensible locations. Next: let’s elevate Granby Street to these standards.
