If you haven’t had a chance to look around the South End lately, you might be surprised to see a number of lots designated as work sites for the sewage tunnel project. The tunnel will be over four miles long, running from the area of I-91 near the Wethersfield line, to Talcott Road in West Hartford. The cost of this project is around $500 million.
