The Connecticut State Police are investigating the discharge of an officer’s firearm into a vehicle near 60 Wadsworth Street in Hartford’s South Green neighborhood, half a block outside of Downtown. According to City officials, after four Hartford Police Department officers stopped a vehicle this morning, an altercation ensued, resulting in one death. Officials say that a second person inside the stopped vehicle was injured as a result of the gunfire.
