Last week the City Council passed two gender equity ordinances. On Wednesday, January 19th there will be a public conversation about transgender civil rights and the 2011 legislative session. ctEQUALITY and the American Civil Liberties Union of Connecticut will be collaborating to teach interested parties how they can be more involved in this issue. This event will be at La Paloma Sabanera from 5:30-7:30pm.
