The only flaw that I can find with this house is that there is a sign directly in front of it.
When I was looking for a house, I visited a few just like this. I wanted to be in a more central location, and there really are none like this close to downtown, so that was that. Most Capes are in the South West, Behind the Rocks, and Blue Hills neighborhoods. Nearly all of them have their yards maintained; the better ones have gardens, interesting greenery, or some creative addition to the house. For people who have no use for downtown or do not mind driving (or significantly longer bike rides), these tend to be in good shape, with actual backyards. It seems to work out well for those who enjoy yard work more than house work.
