I find a lot of baby dolls around. This one was parked next to what appears to be a car radio. There was a smaller doll on the bench. When I walked through later, someone had moved one of them. What is odd is that there is anything is on these benches. Maybe it’s the time of day (though I’ve been through during various times of day, including lunch), but I have seen only one person ever sit on the benches near the Legislative Office Building. That was over a year ago, and if my memory serves, he had a cart covered in dolls. This area gets traffic, but is underused as a pit stop. This is too bad since so much effort goes into keeping the flowers and shrubs fresh.
