In the next week some roads (or parts of) downtown and elsewhere will be closed to traffic. I almost missed the alert because I was hypnotized by the press releases scrolling on the City of Hartford website. And no, that’s not a compliment.
This gives me another reason to walk to work for the next few weeks.
