Dispatches from the Alleged Ghost Town (Volume 5)

I was not intending to start a new feature this year, but I was also not expecting to hear people start back up with the “Hartford is a Ghost Town” drivel.

So, what this means is that instead of deleting the photos that someone walks or bikes into, I will share them. . . though the top picture was absolutely intentional because that man had a spectacular hat. I told him so and I thought others ought to see it.
