These are usually in cemeteries. I have never seen one at Zion Cemetery so I am going to guess Cedar Hill Cemetery though I have never been there.

It’s worth a visit — a lot to look at.
I would like to visit Cedar Hill, but it is too far to walk from Asylum Hill. I don’t know that part of town at all.
I’ve forgotten my high school Latin so I confess to Googling Dum Tace Clamat, which, apparently, means Though Silent He Speaks.
