It’s a prop from the set of “Nobody Wants to Be the River”, the first in a surefire blockbuster microfilm series “Hartford River Dreams” by Hannah Simms and Pedro Bermudez. This guess should in no way be construed as an attempt to be cast in the sequel “Acturial Man, the Unsung Superhero of Hartford”.
