You know those night goggles Navy Seals wear when they are mowing down the freedom haters and the occasional innocent bystanders? Deadhead techies hope to tweak them to simulate the LSD experience. Trip o vision. They just need a grant and a brief period of unstonedness to get ‘er done.
I know I have seen this somewhere when I am walking about. I always thought the person in the purple shirt looked like the bearded lady from the circus. She was fine wine.
