Fun fact: this is next to No Name Park.
I see from the attached article that young women could be committed to the House of the Good Shepherd if they were “in danger of falling into a life of vice”? So “Minority Report” wasn’t science fiction after all? They had pre-crime rules a century ago? The mind boggles.
