Clothing is the strangest litter.
Finding a mitten, hat, or one infant/toddler’s shoe is not so unexpected. Children tend to drop and throw things.
It’s the adult clothing that makes no sense. I have walked by numerous pairs of jeans, sweatshirts, t-shirts, and now, something resembling lingerie. The photo above was taken in front of the blighted former Hartford Office Supply building.
