Casa Linda: April 19, 2011
This house is in the West End. The photograph was taken recently; the lawn is in surprisingly good condition after that seemingly never-ending winter. This particular street is a little too silent for my taste, but the houses are lovely.
This one is one of my favorites. Come back and look at it in June, they have beautiful plants that they put outside for the summer and it’s just so pretty with everything green and welcoming looking.
I have to time everything so that the lawns look decent, but people haven’t uglified their houses with lots of air conditioners yet. Of course, some people never removed the a/c units over the winter
Anyway, I spend much more time in this neighborhood during the warmer gardening months.
