Casa Linda: Sixth Beautiful Home
The sixth home featured in this series is actually several homes.
If these were not listed as condominiums, I would have jumped in this direction when I was looking for a house. The interior photos that I have viewed on some realtor listings show the units to be too small for me, but are in a great location.
This building always reminds me of Boston. The tiny slivers of yard are kept well, there are a few window boxes, and people tend to pick up any litter that appears.
Cap Ave in SoDo is a beautiful and these buildings and The Linden are one of the reasons I moved there.
We lived on this block for seven years and loved it.
Beautiful homes but they all face north. No sun is not much fun. Maybe the backside has some sun.
