Guardian Angels' promotional fliers are posted on a number of telephone poles on South Whitney. These began appearing in this neighborhood during the past week, but were not posted when the group was planning to organize in Hartford a few months back.
What exactly is this group all about?

As an aside, I did not see these posters on telephone poles in the West End on the other side of Farmington Avenue. Wonder why this street was targeted.
Thanks for posting that link - I think I’ve seen these people marching around in other cities. It makes me wonder what their motivation is. It doesn’t seem like they are doing much to *prevent* crime and solve its root causes. Judging from the info you had on crimes they had faked in the past, etc, it seems like they are more about publicity than anything else.
